Your gift card may be used or applied to any purchase on our online shop. We offer you two types of gift cards: the on-line gift card or the printed gift card. In any of the cases, access the Gift Card page, select the value of the card and fill in all the necessary information.
USAGE
The gift card can be used together with another method of payment in order to pay an order.
VALIDITY
All gift cards have a validity period of 1 year from the acquisition date.
Shipping methods & delivery date
For orders above $500, shipping is Free, with Standard Delivery (2-5 working days from the moment the order is dispatched). Express Delivery (1-3 working days) is also available, at customer's expense.
For orders under $500, delivery costs are determined depending on your location, weight and volume of the items in your basket then added before check-out.
In-stock items are dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 working days, while made-to-order items are produced and dispatched from our warehouse within 5-7 working days. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email letting you know your order is on its way, along with the tracking details.
Please note that applicable sales taxes may apply based on your location. They are calculated by the authorities, depending on the local legislation.
