Our goal is to find a good Purchase Assistant that will operate cost-effective purchases while ensuring our inventory remains well-stocked. If you have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of procurement processes, we would like to meet you.

• Transmit order to raw material suppliers and follow up their completion
• Maintain records of purchases, such as goods or services purchased, costs, delivery, quality or performance of products and stocks
• Ensure that raw materials in the area of responsibility are in stock at all times
• Maintains a good relationship with suppliers
• Search for alternative solutions for raw materials in the portfolio
• Prospecting the market for new products

• Previous experience in dealing with suppliers or customers, transport operators
• Advanced knowledge of English
• Ability to use the following software: Microsoft Excel, MS Word
• Flexibility, reliability,
• Open and optimistic attitude
• Attention to detail
• Negotiation skills
• Desire for continuous development

• University Degree and 1-2 years of experience in a similar position is an advantage
