MINDTHEGAP is looking for a detail-oriented Graphic Designer / DTP specialist to create and adapt materials for digital and print communication.

Location: Cluj Napoca or Târgu Mureș
Work Arrangement: On-site. We are hiring for positions in both locations, with candidates working from the office they apply for.

This is a hands-on role for someone who combines a strong visual eye with accurate technical execution. You’ll work closely with our marketing and production teams, taking projects from brief to final delivery while keeping our visual identity consistent.

• Design and adapt catalogues, brochures, presentations, banners, social media visuals and other communication materials
• Prepare print-ready files, checking dimensions, bleed, image resolution, colour settings and fonts
• Adapt approved concepts and key visuals across different formats and channels
• Check final artwork for accuracy, consistency and compliance with our brand guidelines
• Keep working files organised, manage revisions and deliver projects on time

• Experience in graphic design or DTP, ideally three years or more
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and CorelDRAW
• Practical experience preparing artwork for print
• A good understanding of typography, layout, proportions and visual hierarchy
• Strong prepress skills
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several projects and deadlines
• A collaborative approach, initiative and openness to feedback
