If your order did not arrive within the expected timeframe that we provided, please verify the following:
1. Check your inbox or phone to see if you received any notification from the carrier regarding your parcel.
2. Check with your family members or neighbours if they picked up the parcel for you.
3. Attempt to contact us or the carrier service to check the status of the parcel you are waiting for.
Please keep handy the AWB number that we sent you with the parcel.
My order is missing some products. What should I do?
You didn’t receive all your ordered items? Don’t worry; it is possible that the order may have been
sent in more parcels. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the
What happens if the product you ordered is not on currently in stock?
Most of the time, any of the products shown in our shop are in stock. . In the event of sales campaign,
big sales, and cases of the kind, the high demand of products may exceed our planned production stock
and make it difficult to deliver all items ordered. In this case, we will inform you about this situation at
the earliest possible.
How can I cancel an order?
We start processing your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications
to an order after it has been placed. .However, if you wish to cancel it, please contact us immediately.
THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ORDER
Your right to cancel an order is additional to the other statutory rights of a consumer and to our return policy.
If you are a final consumer (and not a company or you don’t buy our products with the purpose of re-selling
them through a company owned by you or with which you have a direct contact), you have the right
to cancel the contract shown when placing an order on the website. You have the right to cancel the contract
at any given moment and for whichever reason during the cancellation period (see below).
The cancellation period takes effect from the moment you have received the confirmation e-mail and ends
after 14 calendar days from the delivery date. If you have ordered several products in one order and we sent
you the products in several deliveries, the cancellation timeframe starts from the moment you have received
the last ordered product. Here’s an example:
You have placed an order on the 1st of October.
We send you a confirmation e-mail on the 2nd of October. Starting from this moment, the contract between
us and you becomes valid. You received your ordered products on the 10th of October. The cancellation term
starts on the 2nd of October and ends on the 24th of October (14 days following the delivery of the products).
The 14 days include weekends and legal holidays.

In order to cancel your contract, you must inform us about this decision. As such, please choose from
either filling in the Cancellation Form or sending us an e-mail at Customer Support at email@example.com.

How can I pay the order?
The order can be paid by using any of the methods of payment described below:
1. Pay on delivery – this method can be used exclusively for orders shipped in Romania.
2. Debit/Credit card – accepted cards: VISA ELECTRON, VISA, MAESTRO and MASTERCARD.
3. Through PayPal account. We accept payments in the following currencies: LEU, EURO, USD and GBP.
4. American Express cards are not accepted by our payment processor Netopia Mobilpay.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all the prices of the products shown on the website include VAT. The VAT represents the percentage
of such tax applicable in Romania. For clients outside EU who wish to recover their VAT, we hereby inform
you that we do not reimburse VAT.
Policy of prices
The prices of the products shown on the website are in EURO currency with an automatic conversion in LEI,
at the BNR exchange rate from the day of the transaction. The update of the exchange rate is made at 00:00,
Romanian hour. Should there be any discrepancies between the shown prices (euro-lei) and we acknowledge
the fact that you have paid more or less than the real price, we will immediately contact you in order to solve
such a situation.
How can I use a promotional code? The use of a promotional code is made by introducing the code in the specially
designated box localized in the Checkout area of the website. This code can only be used once for a single transaction.
Make sure that you have introduced the code before placing the order. The promotional codes cannot be used after placing the order.
