Main responsibilities of the role:
- We are looking for an on-site HR Manager to build an innovative, performance-driven, dynamic and high-impact organization.
- Responsible for implementation of company values in the entire organization.
- Creates, modifies and/ or implements all HR-related procedures regarding staffing, training, hiring, compensation, disciplinary, payroll, time and attendance, etc.
- Responsible for setting up the Annual Operating Planning (AOP) budgets on salaries, training, and benefits (labor cost).
- Monitors during the year, together with finance and company manager, the evolution of cost vs. AOP budget and proposes actions to keep cost on track.
- Understands and provides support for Strategic Planning (STRAP) upon request.
- Ensure the production of timely, accurate and up-to-date HR management information and statistics as required by the management and external authorities.
- Demonstrates current knowledge of contemporary trends in HR and the ability to apply those when needed.
Talent Acquisition:
- Identify needs during meetings with hiring managers.
- Create candidate profiles and screening checklist based on conclusions.
- Draft catchy adverts on job boards.
- Schedule and conduct phone screening interviews and take interview notes.
- Schedule and assist to interviews with hiring managers and take interview notes.
- Prepare and offer feedback to all candidates in the second stage of the recruiting process.
- Draft offers and job descriptions.
- Assist in the onboarding process for the new hires.
- Participate in HR meetings and propose process improvement ideas.
Learning And Development:
- Analyzes the company training needs, develops annual training plan, approves training proposals received from other departments.
- Together with department managers analyzes and identifies people requirements within a given business area and coordinates/ contributes to the design, development and implementation of organizational changes.
- Evaluates effectiveness of training programs. Ensures provision of training for managers and employees.
Labor And Employee Relations:
- Develops and maintains positive labor environment.
- Serves as employee advocate and actively listen to employee ideas and concerns.
- Coaches department managers on how to handle human resource issues; leads disciplinary process according to country legislation and involves legal as needed.
Compensation And Benefits:
- Drives a performance management culture ensuring that pay for performance is differentiated and key performers are rewarded and recognized appropriately and those with performance shortfalls being addressed immediately with adequate Performance Improvement Plans.
- Ensures proper education of managers about compensation programs and policies.
Interested In Our Role, Then You Should Have:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 3 years of significant Human Resources experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization.
- Strong expertise of Romanian labor legislation.
- Prior experience in multinational environment and ability to work effectively in a highly matrix organization.
- Talent development and coaching experience.
