The Ideal Candidate:
- Graduate in economics - specialization in accounting
- Minimum 3 years experience in financial accounting
- Advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of accounting, management and taxation;
- Ability to organize and plan, results-oriented, attention to detail, seriousness and conscientiousness in meeting deadlines, involvement in the smooth running of the company's activities.
- Interest in own professional development;
- Advanced knowledge of Ms Office package
- Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
Job description:
- Bookkeeping up to the balance sheet level;
- Recording and processing financial and accounting documents in the ERP system in a chronological and systematic manner;
- Monitoring the entries in the IT system and checking the correct and timely reflection of the operations carried out, in accordance with the regulations in force and internal procedures;
- Recording payments and receipts, according to bank statements, respectively cash payments according to the cash register, both in RON and in foreign currency;
- Managing, checking and recording expense claims for internal and external travel;
- Accounting records of fixed assets;
- Recording monthly consumption, based on supporting documents;
- Maintaining customer and supplier databases in the ERP system;
- Recording and checking exchange rate differences on debts and receivables in foreign currency
- Checking VAT journals (purchases/sales);
- Preparing and sending balance confirmations to partners and reconciling with balances in the system;
- Organise and participate in the inventory activities of the assets;
- Checking the management and archiving of the documents processed;
- Closes the monthly income, expenditure and VAT accounts;
- Managing and checking the payee's slip;
- Preparing monthly statistical statements;
- Ensuring the timely preparation of the economic and financial statements requested by the superior;
- Participating in complex economic analyses initiated by the Economic Director;
- Other responsibilities specific to the post as set out in the job description.
