How can I return products which I no longer want?
If you’ve simply changed your mind or are not satisfied with your ordered product, you can return it and
receive its paid value in 30 days from the date of the acquisition. Returns made within 30 days of the order
shipment date will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment. Naturally, the product must be in
the original qualitative condition in order to be sold again further on. Products containing glass
(i.e. paintings with glass, glass lamps etc.) must be packed accordingly and sent with an additional insurance
which can be made at any courier service. Generally, such insurance represents 1-2% from the stated
value of the product, but this insurance reimburses the client if the product is damaged during transportation.
Our company does not claim responsibility in no way for any damages or breakages during transportation
and we will not reimburse the requested amounts if the product sent for reimbursement is not in a good condition.
However, this aspect does not affect the statutory right of returning inaccurate products or products showing faults.
If the product you have acquired is inaccurate or shows faults, please consult the chapter "Which are my rights if
the sold products have faults?" If you wish to exercise your right of cancelling the contract, please consult chapter
"How can I cancel my contract?" Moreover, gift cards cannot be returned and their value cannot be reimbursed.
Gift cards can be used for 12 calendar months from the date of their acquisition and can be used in multiple transactions
until the credit is finished.
How can I cancel my contract?
If you are a final consumer (and not a company or you don’t buy our products with the purpose of re-selling them
through a company owned by you or with which you have a direct contact), you have the right to cancel the
contract shown when placing an order on the website www.mindtheG.com. You have the right to cancel the contract
for whichever reason and during the whole length of the cancellation period (see below).
The cancellation period starts from the moment you have received the confirmation e-mail of the delivery and ends
after 14 calendar days from the moment in which the products were delivered. If you have ordered several products
in one order and we send you the products in several deliveries, the cancellation period ends on the 14th day starting
with the next day after you have received the last products in your order.
HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
In order to cancel an on-line order, please follow the instructions below:
1. Inform us about your intention of cancellation. As such, please fill in the Cancellation Form or send us an e-mail at
Customer Support at email@example.com.
2. Please send the products from the cancelled order at the following address:

3. The transportation costs concerning products returned to us are the responsibility of the client. We are not obliged to
reimburse you the amount for the returned products until the said products do not arrive at our office or until we do not
have a clear proof that such products have been sent towards us. We recommend you to use a courier service which allows
the tracking of the package in order to avoid any problems concerning the possible loss/ misplacing of the products.
What happens next?
Supposing you have chosen the cancellation of the contract and the return of the products to us in the terms above-established,
we commit to fully reimburse you with the value of the order. The counter value will be paid using the same method of payment
which you have chosen for the initial acquisition in term of 14 calendar days from the date when the returned products were
received or from the date you have provided us the proof that these products have been sent towards us. In the cases of products
collected by us, the reimbursement will be made in 14 days from the date you have informed us about the cancellation of the contract.
Please note that these rights of cancellation do not apply in the following situations: a) Custom-made products or designed at
the special request of the client; b) Any products damaged due to the fault of the client.
How can I replace a product?
If you wish to replace a product for the same value, please contact the Customer Support which will help you with the necessary
steps. You will be asked to place a new order and to send us the products you wish to replace.
