We’re Hiring: Magento Specialist / Developer

Transylvania, RO (On-site – Tirgu Mures, Cluj / Hybrid) EU/UK (Remote) | Full-Time

MINDTHEGAP is looking for a Magento Specialist to help us scale and refine our digital commerce experience across B2B and B2C channels.

You’ll play a key role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing our Magento 2-based ecosystem—ensuring it reflects the elegance, performance, and complexity behind our design-forward collections.

• Manage and optimize our Magento 2 architecture (front-end and back-end)
• Collaborate with eComm, design, and marketing teams on new feature rollouts
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and security across the platform
• Troubleshoot issues, implement bug fixes, and apply regular updates
• Support integrations with payment gateways, CRM, ERP, and marketing tools
• Provide technical guidance on UX improvements and customer flows

• 3+ years of hands-on Magento2 development experience (agency or in-house)
• Strong understanding of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL
• Experience with custom theme development and module integration
• Familiar with B2C and B2B eCommerce logic and user experience
• Able to translate business needs into stable, scalable Magento solutions
• Bonus: experience with Shopify or headless commerce is a plus
