We’re Hiring: Area Sales Manager
Flexible (Europe / UK / US) | Full-Time
MINDTHEGAP is seeking an experienced, design-savvy Area Sales Manager to grow our presence across key territories in the interior design and lifestyle retail market.
This role blends relationship-building, strategic expansion, and brand storytelling. You’ll be the face of MINDTHEGAP in your region—connecting with showrooms, design studios, retailers, and hospitality clients who share our passion for bold interiors and visual narratives.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts: showrooms, concept stores, interior designers, architects
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in your area
- Represent MINDTHEGAP at trade shows, client visits, and showroom events
- Deliver tailored product training and ensure brand consistency in-store
- Provide market insights and sales feedback
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales (interior design, luxury goods, or lifestyle brands are a plus)
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-driven, well-organized, and excited to be on the road
- Fluent in the language of both numbers and aesthetics
- Bonus: You already work with clients in premium design, retail, or hospitality
