We’re Hiring: Account Manager

Transylvania, RO (Hybrid) | Full-Time

MINDTHEGAP is seeking a detail-driven, relationship-first Account Manager to support and grow our global network of trade clients, retailers, and design professionals.

You’ll be the trusted point of contact for some of our most valued partners, ensuring their experience is seamless, informed, and always on-brand.

• Manage day-to-day communications with B2B clients (interior designers, showrooms, retailers)
• Provide product guidance, order support, and brand education
• Maintain accurate client records and monitor order status through CRM/ERP tools
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure excellent customer experience
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accounts
• Track performance KPIs and support reporting

• 2–4 years of experience in client-facing roles (sales support, account coordination, or design-related services)
• Strong communicator, warm, and professional
• Meticulous with detail, timelines, and follow-up
• Curious about design and committed to excellent service
• Experience with CRM platforms and B2B order systems is a plus
• Fluent in English and Romanian (written & spoken); other languages a bonus
